Create your store

How to create your store

Click "Create your free store" on the homepage, verify your phone number, then add your business name, category, and location. Your store is created instantly, even before you add products.

Why your store may need review

To keep Mula trusted for customers, some stores may be reviewed before they can go fully live or receive real order requests. You can still create and preview your store while a review is pending.

Products & catalogue

How to add products

From your dashboard, choose Add product and fill in the product name, price, category, and at least one photo. A clear name and short description help customers understand what you sell.

Share your storefront

How to share your storefront

Once your store is ready, copy your store link from your dashboard or the share section and send it on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or anywhere you already talk to customers.

Order requests

How customers send order requests

Customers open your store link, browse your products, and send an order request with their details once your store can receive them. The request then appears in your dashboard for you to review.

How to fix OTP or login issues

If an OTP code does not arrive, wait a minute and request a new one before trying a different phone number. If the issue continues, contact support with the phone number you used and what step failed.
